For recurring stored-card billing, the responsible payer completes the secure Square Credit Card Authorization after Microsoft onboarding is reviewed. For a covered first session, applicable authorization and required onboarding/service-agreement steps are due at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.

KEVKAH separately confirms Card on File before instruction begins. It has no separate 24-hour deadline. No payment is collected during onboarding.

Pay-as-you-go fees are charged after each completed session. Optional prepaid packs are purchased separately through Square; each completed standard 60-minute session uses one prepaid session instead of a separate base-session charge. If payment fails, KEVKAH sends a Square invoice. Card information stays within secure Square workflows.

Choose a pack only if paying ahead suits you. Each completed standard 60-minute session uses one prepaid session. Packs have no additional package discount. You may buy another pack or return to individual-session billing at any time.

Referrals: Any qualifying completed referral earns $5 off one future completed pay-as-you-go tutoring session, up to two referral-discounted sessions per semester. Referral discounts do not apply to prepaid packs or permanently change the client’s approved base rate.

Use and refunds: Packs are intended for use within 60 days of purchase; one optional 30-day extension may be approved upon request. Unused sessions are refundable at the original applicable per-session value paid. An unused balance is not forfeited merely because the use window ends.

Cancellations: With at least 24 hours’ notice, no prepaid session is used and no fee applies. With less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show, the prepaid session remains available and the separate $60 Late Cancellation / No-Show charge normally applies, with reasonable exceptions at KEVKAH’s discretion. If KEVKAH cancels, no prepaid session is used and no fee applies.

Packs do not include automatic overtime; approved additional tutoring time is billed separately under the existing extended-session policy. Book first through Microsoft Bookings. A pack is not required for onboarding or clearance to begin tutoring. Existing Square authorization and Card on File requirements still apply.
