How tutoring works
Start with what the student actually needs.
Course Rescue + Foundational Rebuilding. Individualized online instruction that responds to the course, the challenge, and the student.
The course in front of you. The foundations that matter.
We use real coursework to understand where the difficulty begins. There is no generic placement test to prepare for, and no assumption that every struggling student has a missing foundation.
NOW
The immediate course need
A confusing concept, an upcoming assessment, or an assignment the student needs to understand. We clarify the problem, explain the reasoning, and work toward a useful next step.
UNDERNEATH
The foundation, when it matters
If authentic coursework shows that a prerequisite weakness or misconception is contributing to the problem, we address it. We follow the evidence instead of inventing gaps.
Explain. Practice. Apply.
Clear explanations, worked examples, visuals, and guided practice lead into work the student can try independently. The pacing and approach respond to what the student demonstrates.
Sessions take place online through Microsoft Teams. Your Bookings confirmation includes the meeting information. Bring your current coursework, questions, and any useful instructor notes.
Book first. Complete clearance before instruction.
Four clear steps to start tutoring.
Reserve the time first. Complete the required setup after booking, then KEVKAH confirms when tutoring can begin.
01 / BOOK
Book your session.
Reserve the first 60-minute session through Microsoft Bookings before onboarding or payment setup. Contact KEVKAH for an agreed time that needs manual booking. If booking inside 24 hours, contact KEVKAH immediately so onboarding can be coordinated promptly.
02 / ONBOARDING
Complete onboarding.
After booking, complete the Microsoft onboarding form and service agreement KEVKAH sends. For a student under 18, a parent or legal guardian completes the guardian route. For covered first sessions, finish at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
03 / SQUARE
Complete secure authorization.
After the form is reviewed, the responsible payer receives a separate secure Square Credit Card Authorization. When applicable, complete it at least 24 hours before the scheduled first session.
04 / CLEARANCE
Get cleared for tutoring.
BOOKED means the appointment is reserved. CLEARED means instruction may begin after KEVKAH confirms all applicable requirements and sends the ready-for-session confirmation. Card on File is a separate pre-instruction control; it has no separate 24-hour deadline. Your Bookings confirmation has the Teams meeting information.
The 24-hour checkpoint
If required onboarding/service-agreement steps or applicable Square authorization remain incomplete at the 24-hour checkpoint before a covered first session, KEVKAH may release or cancel the reservation. Contact KEVKAH to resume onboarding; if the original time remains available, it may be restored or rebooked.
In approved exceptions, grandfathered cases, or actively coordinated inside-24-hour first sessions, the beginning of the appointment may be used for administration. Instruction begins only after clearance.
Send useful syllabi, assignments, screenshots, notes, or review materials to materials@kevkahlearning.com before the session when possible. Never send school passwords or card credentials.
A few practical questions
Can I book before onboarding is complete?
Yes—book first. Families may reserve the first appointment through Microsoft Bookings before completing onboarding or payment clearance. Booking reserves the time; tutoring begins after clearance is confirmed.
After booking, KEVKAH sends the applicable onboarding and service-agreement requirements. Once the Microsoft form is reviewed, the responsible payer receives a separate secure Square Credit Card Authorization. For covered first sessions, the required onboarding/service-agreement steps and applicable Square authorization are due at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
If either remains incomplete at that checkpoint, KEVKAH may release or cancel the reservation. Contact us to resume onboarding; if the original time is still available, it may be restored or rebooked. If the first session is booked inside 24 hours, contact KEVKAH immediately so onboarding can be coordinated promptly.

Can you help with homework or an upcoming test?
Yes. We teach concepts, demonstrate examples, review the student’s work, and guide practice. Tutoring supports learning; we do not complete graded assignments, exams, or other work the student must do independently. No particular grade, score, admission result, or academic outcome is guaranteed.
Where can I review the service agreement?
The Microsoft onboarding form includes the current KEVKAH Tutoring Service Agreement for review. Acceptance and legal-name attestation take place in that form.
